Now enrolling for our SUMMER class!!

Our next training class begins on Monday, July 17, 2017. Registration is now open for our SUMMER class.

Training is held from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. each day for four days, Monday through Thursday. Limited seating to the first 20 seats are available!

Our academy trains newly hired Emergency Telecommunicators (Public Safety) and individuals who are interested in obtaining an Emergency Telecommunicator Certification through the (IAED) International Academies of Emergency Dispatch.

ETC certification is gained through the completion of the course and a passing score on a written examination. Go to the registration page for registration details and registration form.
